The Spiritual Consciousness Discussion Group is always held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, 7-9 pm in Howard's office in Chehalis.
Spiritual Consciousness Discussion Group. A wide
variety of Spiritual and Energy Healing topics are shared and
discussed, including recent spiritual and/or healing books, DVDs
and other material, as well as new information and experiences
of attendees. Open to NGH-SSWA members, my students, and

| Weight Mastery Peer Group |
| This group is starting up, with the intention of hypnotists getting together to discuss weight management strategies to use with our clients. Several of us do weight management programs in the South Sound Area, and like to discuss strategies and case studies. This group is open to any hypnotist interested in the topic. |
